Single sign-on (SSO)

If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), you sign in to Behaview through your organization’s identity provider rather than with a separate Behaview password.

Behaview supports several sign-in methods at once, as long as each one authenticates the same underlying email. So if your account’s email is covered by Google Workspace, you can sign in with Google and never need a password. Whichever method you use, you land in the same Behaview account.

On the sign-in page, choose Continue with single sign-on, enter your Company Email, and select Continue to your provider. Behaview sends you to your organization’s sign-in page, then back to Behaview, signed in.

SSO signs you in to an account that already exists, and cannot create one. If you are new to Behaview, an admin must invite you to your organization first.

SSO is set up for an email domain in one region, not as a setting in your organization. To enable it, email our support team at support@behaviewhq.com and we’ll walk you through the required setup for your provider.

If signing in with SSO says Email domain not found, check that you are on your region’s sign-in page. If you are, SSO isn’t set up for your email’s domain in that region yet, so contact support.
