Mobile app

Behaview runs in your browser, and you can install it on a phone or tablet straight from the browser, with no app store. Installed, it opens from your home screen in its own window without the browser’s toolbars, like any other app. It is the same Behaview, with the same features and data.

Install it

Start at your region’s address: https://manage.ca.behaview.net for Canada, or https://manage.us.behaview.net for the United States.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Behaview in Safari and sign in.
2. Tap Share. Where it sits depends on your iOS version and Safari layout.
3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android

1. Open Behaview in Chrome and sign in.
2. Open Chrome’s menu (⋮).
3. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app, then confirm.

Then open Behaview from its icon on your home screen. The first time, you may be asked to sign in again.

Using the installed app

• Refresh: there is no browser reload button, so the installed app shows a refresh icon in the top bar that reloads the page. It doesn’t appear in a browser tab.
• Updates: Behaview updates itself. If it looks broken or an update isn’t showing, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, choose My Settings, and on the Preferences tab choose Clear cache & reload. Your account and data aren’t affected.
